Recovery contrast therapy sessions involve alternating between hot (sauna) and cold (ice bath) treatments to reduce inflammation, promote circulation, and accelerate recovery from workouts.

How often should I participate in recovery contrast therapy?
We recommend incorporating contrast therapy into your routine after intense workouts or weekly to enhance overall recovery.

What is the time recommendation for the sauna and ice bath
We recommend to enter the Infrared-Steam Sauna for 10 to 15 minutes. Exit and take a breather for 1 to 2 minutes. Then submerge in the ice bath for 30 seconds to 3 minutes

What is the temperature recommendations for the sauna and ice bath?
Optimal Sauna Temperature: To maximize the therapeutic benefits, the sauna temperature should be both comfortable and relaxing. Typically, we recommend the heat ranges from 45 to 55°C, allowing you to breathe easily and enjoy the session. However, with the steam features, it can go up to 100°C
Optimal Ice Bath Temperature: We recommend between 5-10°C. Our ice bath can go all the way down to 0°C, but we don’t recommend this temperature for beginners
